Dean and Deluca

There are places I remember
All my life though some have changed
Some forever not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places had their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I've loved them all

But of all these friends and lovers
There is no one compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more

Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more
In my life I love you more

Brace yourself!

People wear a jacket.
People wear shoes.
People wear glasses.
People wear pants.

i wear braces.

Tonight Chie, Beth and I had a craft night.

I made my face with paper clay.

It doesn't look like me.
Whatever!

Next time I see you, I'll give you a huge smile with my teeth under construction!

Why is he gone?

When my heart get frayed, I listen this song.

Kamakura/Enoshima

Part I with Team Strips - Early summer, I miss Team Strips.
Part II with Kei - Romantic fireworks, good summer memory.

and Part III with them!

Photobucket

Here is Team Sisters!
Shunsuke, Chieppa, and Lynn from Portland.

Photobucket

We went to 円覚寺 in Kitakamakura.

Photobucket

Silence, mild sunshine, deep green, little bit yellow and orange, and smell of the fall.

Photobucket

We had a pancake for lunch at an old-fashion cafe.
Can you see how thick it is?

Photobucket

This is absolutely my ideal pancake.

Photobucket

Also we walked along the beach.

Good friends and beautiful place……

Independence day

I went to a dentist to pull out teeth.
Before that, I stopped by a shrine and prayed so that it doesn't hurt so bad.
Unfortunately it does, but this pain is mystic.

The dentist gave me the teeth, and I observed them for a while.
They are so pretty.
They had been with me for a long time.
and today they became independent from me.
My parents would feel the same way when I left to America.

Tonight, I sleep with the teeth under my pillow.

Hey You came back here! To Tokyo!

My oldest friend Miyoshi came to see me from Kanazawa for this weekend.
We have been good friends since the kindergarden.
She was my first guest to my house in Gifu.

Photobucket

When I was little, I looked up at the sky and thought I wanted to eat cloud.

Photobucket

Whenever I'm with her, my childhood is aroused.
We ate cloud, and the sun went down.
The days become shorter.

After the sunset, we took a walk on Meguro street to see PDX Art Exhibition.
My uncle Matt flew over to Tokyo from Portland for this opening.

Photobucket

The gallery called White Box was in the backstreet of Nakabeguro.

Photobucket

Just as a name of the gallery, it was a white box which has the amazing photos of PDX and some artworks.

I missed this life.
Thank you, Matt.
Thank you, PDX for coming to Tokyo.

The Little Artisit

On Friday night, I suddenly became to want to go to somewhere I've never been to.
I took the train from Shinjuku and headed for north.

mito3

I arrived a cozy town which has this beautiful lake.

small artist

I was walking along the lake and I met this little artist.

These are all information I got about her.

She likes eating and drawing.
She likes the color of camel.
She likes a striped shirt and vintage stuff.
She is patient.
Her birthday is coming in 5 days.
Her partner's name is Scott.
She never been to Thailand.

Photobucket

We sat by the lake, and drew and talked a lot.

Photobucket

This is the art piece I drew. Not bad, is it?

Photobucket

Happy birthday, the little artist.
You rock!

P.S.
She told me this town is called Mito, FYI.

Blood Tie

Yukie and Aya! We are cousin.

We were chatting forever today.

She is a great dancer!

Oh, I saw 小堺一機 today at the tiny Korean restaurant in Shinokubo and we got the autograph of him! She brings me luck.

Also she met her fate lately. Congratulations!

She was bright. She has so much energy and I'm inspired by her.

What's my agenda?
Yes, HAPPINESS!

Kamakura Trip

Last weekend was so special because of her.

Birthday Girl!

Team Border oops, no Team Strips went to Kamakura

I love the train trip!

Cute small temple

He is slightly bigger than me.

We always think of you, Jer!

Twins

The old style train station

Beer as always.

Captains!

They are thinking about Shirasu croquette.
Shirasu is the speciality of Enoshima, btw.

Ocean is the greatest birthday present for her.

Happy Birthday, Beth!
